First moved to Marsh Baldon in 1999 with his wife Jacquie and two young children, who remain fairly local. Helped found the Baldons Events Committee and served a term on the Parish Council. After 15 years in the Marsh he moved away for five years before seeing the error of his ways and returning to Toot Baldon. Semi-retired and a part-time drinks exporter.

Has lived locally for over 20 years, in Toot Baldon. A member of the original committee as Vice Chair, later serving as Chairman before rejoining in 2020. Extensive board-level experience across food and non-food businesses including Mars, Bulmers and Henkel. Now semi retired Phil is Chairman of Durham County Cricket Club.

Lives in Marsh Baldon with her husband Anton, having moved to the village from London six years ago. With a 38-year career in banking and financial services, she now works for a wealth manager in Oxford. Previously a school governor for four years at a London primary school. In her spare time she enjoys refurbishing their home and is an enthusiastic crafter and sewer.

A lifelong Oxfordshire resident with family connections in the Baldons and Nuneham Courtenay, now living in Marsh Baldon. A founding committee member since 2012 and Treasurer since 2015, playing a key role in the tenancy transitions of 2021 and 2023. Over 25 years of international hospitality expertise with IHG and Marriott across the UK and Europe. In 2025 he transitioned to a long-held passion — financial planning and advice.

Born, bred and living in Toot Baldon. Worked for 46 years in the wastewater industry, latterly as a Works Manager at Thames Water, and now works with horses at the family yard. A keen supporter of keeping the village pub open.
Catherine Rohll

Committee member
Moved to Toot Baldon in 2017 with her husband Jonathan. A retired solicitor specialising in commercial law, formerly a partner at an Oxford law firm and then Legal Counsel and Company Secretary for a manufacturing company in Banbury. Now volunteers for Solar for Schools (another community benefit society) and the Earth Trust. Joined the committee in 2018 and is also active in the Baldon Runners, the Wine Club, and a Baldons book club.

Lives in Toot Baldon with his family and works in the carpentry and building trade. A strong believer in keeping local communities together and in the positive impact the Seven Stars has on Marsh Baldon and the surrounding villages.
Paul Everett

Committee member
Moved to Toot Baldon from Stanford in the Vale in 2021 with his wife Jenny and baby Lyra, who arrived in 2025. His career started as an advertising copywriter for hospitality businesses; he is now director of a global marketing agency with UK offices in Oxfordshire and London. For the past three years he has also served on the management committee of an international agency trade body.
